Alternate Studio Title: Ruby-Spears Enterprises

Founded in 1977 by Hanna-Barbera writers Joe Ruby and Ken Spears. The Ruby-Spears studio in Burbank was purchased in 1978 by Filmways Television. Filmways sold the studio in late 1981 to Taft Broadcasting, making Ruby-Spears a sibling to their original parent company- Hanna-Barbera Studios. Shortly after in 1996, Ruby-Spears Productions was closed.
