This studio began in 1929, from the demise of Fables Studios. The principles of Fables split up, Paul Terry to start his own TerryToons Studios, and Amadee J. Van Beuren to reorganize Fables Studios into Van Beuren Studios. John Foster continued the Fables Studios series Aesop's Film Fables at Van Beuren Studios.
