This educational show is about a smart family that knows all about everything, with baby Victor as the main character. Victor is always curious. Each family member has his or her own segment. Victor's mother, named Vanilla with two birds named Kwik and Kwak, both male and female, teach Victor all about animals. Victor's father, Max, teaches him about machines and how the work. Victor's grandmother Eartha and her pet dragon Basalt teach him about the Earth. Victor's grandfather Matic and his talking dog Zygo teach him about outer space. And finally, Victor's uncles, Micro and his brother Scopo, teach him about the human body. At the end, Max does a review with Victor about what he's learned.
