Robert Zemeckis' troubled studio in the San Rafael area of Marin County, California. Known mainly for it's motion capture films, the studio was partially backed by Disney. In 2009, Disney pulled out, costing 450 employees their jobs. After Mars Needs Moms failure at the box office in 2011, the future of Yellow Submarine- indeed, the whole studio- was in question.
