Alternate Studio Title: Jam Handy Organization

Founded by bronze-winning Olympic breaststroke swimmer Henry Jamison "Jam" Handy just before World War I. The studio made both live-action and animated films- obviously, only the animated films are listed here. His initial films showed consumers how to operate everyday products. With the outbreak of the war, production shifted to military training films.

While it was the industrial and how-to films that the Jamison Handy Organization made it's name with, the company also made the occasional narrative films, including the first animated version of the then-popular Christmas story Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer. This version preceded the song by four years, and the Rankin-Bass Special by over twenty.

But the Jamison Handy Organization took off after World War II when it was contracted by Bray Productions to create films for the auto industry.
