Cinderella's sisters go to the ball and leave Cinderella at home. Cinderella's fairy godmother saves the day. The only condition is that the spell will only last until midnight. Cinderella rides in a old-fashioned truck (driven by the cat) to the ball, resplendent in beautiful cloths. When she gets there, she and the prince fall in love. Then, after a while of dancing, everyone is ordered to leave. Except Cinderella and the prince. They are in love. Suddenly, Cinderella notices that it's almost midnight. She leaves, leaving a shoe behind. She transforms into her old self. The next day, the prince goes out looking for "that beautiful girl at the ball." He spots some foot prints and follows them, only to find that the footprints were from a duck wearing shoes. So, he decides to go and try the shoe on everyone in the kingdom. He tries it on the sisters, but it doesn't fit. Then, he try's it on Cinderella and it fits.
