Cartoon Summary:

The King of Saccarin has asked Pops to build a mini racecar for the Baby Grand Prix to be held in celebration of the coronation of Prince Jam. Spritle pleads with his father to build him a car for the race. Pops explains that he is too young. Disappointed, Spritle storms out in a huff.

In Saccarin, the Mach 5 pulls a flatbed with the Prince's car on top. A piece of luggage falls off; Spritle and Chim Chim spill out. At the palace, the King proclaims the car a masterpiece of automotive art. A dopey-looking Prince watches. The King explains that he's Prince Sugarin, a cousin. Spritle and his pet stumble upon a parade featuring Prince Jam, who looks a great deal like Spritle.

From the top of a building, three black-clad individuals (resembling bats) appear and try to kidnap Prince Jam. Fortunately, the Prince manages to get away. Inside a temple, the two look-alike boys collide. The bat boys and Speed arrive. Speed fights them off. The palace soldiers arrive. Mistaking Spritle for the Prince, they whisk him off to the palace. Speed leaves with Spritle under his arm.

Later that night, a man named Omar conspires with Minister Offendem to put Prince Sugarin on the throne in order to gain control of Saccarin. At the palace, Spritle decides to keep up the charade. The royal Spritle is punished and locked up in the Racers' hotel room closet. Eventually, he escapes.

On the track, the mini race cars line up. The bat boys surround the royal racing car, causing it to jump off the track. The car is stranded on a bridge. The bat boys cut the bridge's suspension cables. As Speed arrives, the bridge collapses. Both cars plummet into the jungle below.
