Cartoon Summary:
'Spirit' is told from the mind of a mustang, the leader of the Cimarron herd, who gives up himself to protect his herd and is captured by the U.S. Calvary. He escapes with the help of the young Lakota, Little Creek and falls in love with Little Creek's semi-tame mare name Rain. Spirit fights all odds to avoid being broken by the two-legged's and to one day return to his herd.
