Silent cartoon.

A political satire of Argentina's President Yrigoyen, this was the first cartoon feature film.

Well-known caricaturist Diógenes Taborda designed the characters. Quirino Cristiani produced 58,000 drawings for the film over 12 months. Andrés Ducaud built the model of the burning city at the end of the film.

The finale- the burning of Buenos Aires- was shot live-action of the Ducaud model.

All known copies disappeared in a 1926 fire in producer Federico Valle's vaults.
