Cartoon Summary:

A flea circus is interrupted by a passing dog, and little François, who saves Fifi from drowning, brings a whole set of new fleas back to the act. Viva la France!

I think this is the first cartoon where a male and female character actually had SEX!!! (Vive le France) I'd have to look that up to find out for sure though.
