Mister Otter teaches Cultural Studies. In just 60 seconds, he can use props and disguises to demonstrate anything from how the Cubist movement evolved, to who discovered electricity, or what Marco Polo did. Each episode explores a new theme. As for Mister Otter himself, he doesn't actually do much talking... unless you count the grumbling.
