FremantleMedia Studio Directory

FremantleMedia was created in 2001, but it's subsidy Universum-Film AG (UFA) traces back to 1917. After World War II, Deutsche Filmaktiengesellschaft (DEFA) was formed. FreeMantle is the current owner of these companies, as well and many English production companies such as Pearson Television, EVA Entertainment, Regent Productions and Thames TV. They now have production offices in 23 countries.
