Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Episode Guide -Hanna-Barbera

In this program, the trio headed the Fearless Detective Agency which traveled throughout the world solving 7-minute mysteries. However, this was not the case in every episode. These segments were the first to experiment with the comedy format that would become dominant over the next five years.

This series was the first in which Daphne, Velma and Fred were discarded. Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy were the featured characters in this program. Getting rid of Daphne, Velma and Fred as well as introducing more comedy did not hurt Scooby ratings in the least bit. In fact, the series was renewed for a second season. Overall, twenty episodes were produced with three Scooby adventures per episode.
