Cartoon Synopsis:

Think it's tough being the little guy? Then try saving the day when you're tinier than the average cell.

Oscar is a small kid with a HUGE secret. Officially the shorty-pants in school, Oscar's the butt of everyone's jokes, even the girls. But when big trouble strikes the Microcosmo, the tiny world around us that's invisible to the naked eye, Oscar de-atomises to become Nanoboy, a superhero of microscopic proportions! A pint-sized dynamo, he battles deranged proteins, Amazonian amoebas and bad-to-the-bone bacteria- saving the day, and, well, showing that you're never too small to be a hero.

Head of the Nanosquad in quadrant 504, Nanoboy leads his team of misfits: a cool but sarcastic reformed virus, CJ, and a wacky inventor-brain cell, Isaac. Together, they are the nemesis of the world's first renegade protein, Czar Zar, who plots to take over the world- both micro and human- with an army of Disposa-bots, his molecular towers of terror.

In between disassembling Czar Zar's diabolical plans, Nanoboy and squad protect the Microcosmo from a gigantic prehistoric bacteria gone berserk, a vigilante yeast, and even an ion-twisting nanomagnet.

Every episode happens inside a different microscopic environment- from a water molecule, to the surface of a pollen and even in the very air we breathe- taking kids beyond their imaginations into worlds that they never knew existed. An entertaining and fact-filled treat for kids and adults alike.
