Cartoon Synopsis:
Waldo and Uncle Magoo set sail for a day of fishing. The two haul a fishing boat to the bay, only to have Waldo fall out and a crazy walrus fall in wearing Waldo's hat. When Quincy mistakes the walrus for his nephew, the fun really begins.
