Cartoon Synopsis:



Phileas Fogg and his manservant Paspatout travel around the world in 80 days in an effort to win a bet by Phileas Fogg of his fellow members of the Reformers Club. After the pair start out on their trek, the Bank Of England is robbed of it's latest currency shipment and Scotland Yard suspects Mr. Fogg of committing the crime. Fogg and Passpatout are tailed by Scotland Yard's most dilligent- but corrupt!- police detective, Mr. Fix.
