Cartoon Synopsis:

Andy Panda buys a plant to put in his yard. Andy's proud of his garden, but as soon as his new lady flower's planted, a nasty old weed grabs it and chokes it until Andy comes to the rescue. Andy tries various ways to get rid of the weed, but none of them are successful. When Andy attempts to pull the weed up with the aid of his car, he only succeeds in pulling all of the plumbing fixtures out of the house. Finally, Andy corners the weed with the lawnmower. The weed begs for mercy and promises to reform. As soon as Andy lets him go, the weed reneges on his promises and starts choking the plant again. The picture ends with Andy determinedly chasing the weed with the lawnmower.
