Cartoon Synopsis:

An ordinary plumber discovers he can play tunes by blowing on improvised contraptions made from leftover water pipes. Little by little, the word gets out that this "plumber" is an amazing talent, as he plays larger and larger instruments. Eventually he formally debuts at a major performance hall, attempting to play the entire sewer system of the city, but his appearance is ruined by a pesky insect. Destitute and downtrodden, he eventually returns to his original profession as a plumber, but there is a ray of hope at the end.
