Cartoon Synopsis:



In this film, a publicity message for a war bond campaign, Norman McLaren draws symbols, a stick man and lettering directly on clear 35mm film stock to synchronize with a brass band rendition of Sousa's march The Thunderer. Color printed in laboratory by Warnercolor process.
