Cartoon Synopsis:
A "Plugger" cartoon short that show how our purchase of war bonds helps to defeat the Axis nations. Plugger is discouraged. He works in a tank factory, but manufactures only one small component. He goes for a walk through the town with the melody of the Bits and Pieces Blues pursuing him. A Victory Loan salesman lets Plugger look through his "magic binoculars" where he sees how his bonds sink U-boats and buy bombers. Plugger helps sell bonds and, upon coming home, lets his family look through the binoculars to encourage them to buy more and more bonds.
