Cartoon Synopsis:



A cat escapes from prison and breaks into Betty Boop's house for a meal. Betty finds him and sends him back to prison. Ethel Merman sings a song about having a trial separation. There is a mass prison break. Escapees end up on a bus sitting in electric chairs.
