Cartoon Synopsis:
A junk peddler jettisons his load into the city dump, where a discarded, mustachioed mannequin comes to life and sings, accompanying himself on a makeshift piano. Now the fun begins as he leads the junkyard refuse in non-stop singing and dancing. Offbeat touches include a cuckoo clock with an effeminate cuckoo, a tiny owl that enthusiastically sings bass, a toilet seat that applauds, three dress forms that sing close harmony a la the Boswell Sisters, and the mannequin suddenly turning into caricatures of Maurice Chevalier and Ted Lewis.
