Cartoon Synopsis:
Bimbo has an experimental laboratory where he mixes up very potent solutions and tries them on his cat and Koko the clown, with strange results. The lab experiment goes horribly awry when mad scientists Bimbo and Koko turn their backs on their beakers to watch Betty Boop across the street atop her penthouse wearing a bathing suit, taking an outdoor shower and singing. While Bimbo and Koko are daydreaming about themselves being with Betty, a large container of liquid that Bimbo left under a fire has transformed itself into a monster, who "comes alive" and spies Betty spraying her flowers on top of her building. The monster (obviously a caricature of Frankenstein's monster) crosses over to where Betty is. As he stands next to her, one of Betty's flowers warns her. The monster grabs Betty, and she screams. Disaster seems imminent until Betty's quick thinking saves the day. She sprays him with her flower spray, which causes him to dance around; his head turns into a flower. Betty laughs and says, "You nutty dope fiend."
