Cartoon Synopsis:
A wagon comes to a small town, where it is greeted by an enthusiastic crowd. It contains a group of itinerant patent medicine hawkers (Betty, Koko and Bimbo), selling a product called Jippo (which is later revealed to be tap water). Bimbo sneaks a swig for himself and begins sputtering in a peculiar way. After Bimbo sputters and spits a bit, he settles down to sing a quiet version of "Nobody's Sweetheart," a song about a prostitute! Finally, a baby takes a swig of Jippo and metamorphoses into a Fredric March-like Mr. Hyde.
