Cartoon Synopsis:

Both Casper and his Uncles the Ghostly Trio (Fatso, Stinkie, and Stretch) are in big trouble with Kibosh, ruler of all ghosts! Casper did not meet his scaring quota for the year (in fact, Casper did not deliberately scare anyone the whole year) and the Trio did some illegal scaring of their own. Now Casper the The Ghostly Trio have been banished to Kriss, Massachusetts, the most Christmassy town in the world. Casper must now deliberately scare at least one person, while The Trio must withhold from scaring altogether. Should they not accomplish these tasks, Kibosh has promised eternal banishment from ghostdom. Unbeknownst to Casper, The Trio intervenes by hiring Spooky, Casper's lookalike cousin, to do the scaring job for Casper. But in the end, it's Casper who turns the tables, scares his own Uncles, and saves Christmas.
