Cartoon Synopsis:
Rough seas makes it difficult for Captain Peg Leg Pete. Oswald tries to make his captain soup, but a duck steals Pete's dinner. Oswald leaves the ship and falls head over heels for a mermaid, and Pete tries to capture the mermaid.
