Cartoon Synopsis:

Jerry's hillbilly Uncle Pecos comes to visit him from Texas, bringing his guitar. He proceeds to sing "Froggy Went A-Courtin'" with a stammer in his voice, his guitar string breaks, and he proceeds to pull one of Tom's whiskers out to replace it. Of course, Tom reacts in his usual way, and Jerry barely gets his cousin to safety. The strings on the guitar keep breaking, and the hillbilly mouse knows no fear; he always comes looking for Tom, saying, "Here, kitty, kitty," and pulls another whisker from Tom. Every time that Tom hears the twang of another guitar string breaking, he knows what is going to happen, and he runs in a panic.
