Cartoon Synopsis:
It's the All Ham-erican Sports Carnival at Yank-Em Stadium and Droopy and Spike are competing in a series of sporting events in which the winner will be crowned King of Sports. As a bonus the King will receive a kiss from the Queen of Sports, so Spike attempts to cheat in every event, but they all backfire on him, including winning the title and getting the kiss from the Queen.
