Cartoon Synopsis:
Chilly Willy is lost and cold in the Arctic when he spies a warm furnace on board a ship stuck in polar ice. The only trouble is that Smedley the dog is on guard duty. When the watchdog finds him on the stove, the bilge cork really pops! The laughs will hit you... "Pow, right in the kisser!"
