Cartoon Synopsis:

Inspector Willoughby has traced evil international jewel thief and master of disguise Vampira Hyde to the Limehouse District in London. As Big Ben chimes out the hour of 4 p.m., Willoughby realizes that it's time for tea, and he enters a tearoom. He's served by a woman whose face is familiar to him. Suddenly, Willoughby recollects that she is the woman he's been seeking. She, in turn, realizes that she's been recognized, and by means of a pill, quickly swallowed, she quickly changes into a sweet, modest, elderly woman. Willoughby leaves the tearoom to find Vampira Hyde, not realizing that he has been duped. Willoughby devises several plans for his apprehension of Vampira Hyde, but each time, she eludes him by the quick switch into the sweet old lady. Finally, by a trick, he does capture the Hyde woman, and he confiscates her quick changeover pills. Being curious as to what effect the pills have, Willoughby takes one. When nothing happens, he swallows them all. The effect is almost immediate: he instantaneously changes from one character to another with incredible speed as each pill, in turn, takes effect.
