Cartoon Synopsis:
Mumm-Ra tricks Tygra and Lion-O into fighting each other, and Tygra's Bolo-whip destroy the sword of omens. The only way to reforge the sword is in the heat of a star, and coincidentally, there was a dwarf star buried deep in one of third Earths volcanoes. Lion-O insists on reforging the sword himself and emerges into the depths of the volcano. The other ThunderCats summon a fire demon who lives inside the volcano to do it for them, and after doing the demon a favor, he turns on them and keeps the sword for himself. Lion-O recovers the sword, and destroys the mercenary.
