Cartoon Synopsis:
A friend of KoKo's animator draws a haunted house, and KoKo and his dog Fitz go inside. There, they encounter frightening hallways where every door leads to a new spook. Finally, Fitz hides in KoKo's hat, and they escape by the back door. The animator's pen makes more KoKos so he can wreak supernatural havoc with a picture of an old general, making him growl, and a picture of an owl hoot when he shoots a picture of an elephant. Finally, a pair of scissors gets KoKo back into the animator's pen.
