Cartoon Synopsis:
After hearing the story of Rip Van Winkle From his uncle, Jughead decides to play a practical joke on his Uncle Snuffy by making him believe that he has slept for 20 years. The ghosts of the gnomes from the Washington Irving story are not pleased by the boy's stupid prank and decide to teach him lesson.
