Cartoon Synopsis:
Used car dealer Barney Google tries to get his two cousins Snuffy Smith and Louise to trade in their old jalopy for an even worse automobile. Barney convinces Snuffy that George Washington crossed the Delaware in this car. Besides, Barney puts in a new rubber band for an engine. But an eccentric car collector trades Snuffy's and Lousie's car for his limousine. The pair get the better deal, and poor Barney gets nothing.
