Cartoon Synopsis:
Officer Pupp calls in to several mysterious brick throwings, ranging from Mrs. Quack-Quack's report about the assult, Kolin Kelly reporting a stolen pile of bricks, to Krazy Kat's call. The culprit turns out to be Ignatz, who was tried, only to be bailed out by Krazy, who, thinking Ignatz loving him, makes out with him (Ignatz unsuccessfully tries to get out of her grips).
