Cartoon Synopsis:

While trying out the new underground traveling device, Ignatz and Krazy are arrested by Officer Pupp for digging into The Kokonino County Bank. During the trial, a radio report warns the citizens of Kokonino County that the dam has burst and a giant flood is heading their way. Using Krazy's device, they dig a new trench that prevents the water from wrecking the town. But despite his heroic efforts, Ignatz is placed under arrest by Officer Pupp again for driving in the wrong direction.
