Cartoon Synopsis:
A Betty Boop flag flies over the big top, inside which animals and animal performers parade before the expectant crowd of animals. The ringmaster has a handlebar mustache, which becomes a pair of hands to introduce the next act. Betty performs as a lion tamer. One of the wild creatures sneaks up behind her and politely retrieves her handkerchief. After Betty sings a song on the high wire, the ringmaster puts his hands all over her in her dressing tent and threatens to take her "boop-oop-a-doop" away. While singing "Don't Take My Boop-Oop-A-Doop Away," she tries to escape from him. As the band plays "Just One More Chance," Ko-Ko and Bimbo finally subdue the ringmaster and rescue Betty with her "boop-oop-a-doop" intact.
