Cartoon Synopsis:
A traffic cop conducts air traffic from a platform with a stop sign, floating in the sky. He tickets a mouse. When the mouse drives off, his anchor hooks the cop's belt, and hauls him through the sky. The cop gets loose, and falls on a tropical island, where the ball begins to bounce. Five caricatured "Africans" in grass skirts, begin to dance. The cop replaces the bouncing ball. The cop and his girl wind up in a lion's stew pot, but manage to flip the pot over on the lion.
