Cartoon Synopsis:
Wimpy has become an organ grinder (so that he can mooch free hamburgers) with a monkey assistant in Popeye and Olive Oyl's back yard. Popeye and Olive love the music, and they swing to it at their apartment windows. Wimpy sends the monkey up to their windows. Olive gives the monkey a coin, but Popeye responds with a stack of hamburgers, which he slides down to the hungry Wimpy on a clothesline. Wimpy has no trouble gulping them as fast as they come at him! Bluto, another resident of the courtyard, hates the music and wants Wimpy to shut down. He gets into an argument with Wimpy, whom Popeye defends. Bluto jumps up and down on the organ, wrecking it, and gets into a big battle with Popeye, knocking him out. Popeye gets a helpful hand from the monkey at this critical moment. The monkey gets Popeye to eat his spinach, and Popeye renews the battle with Bluto, this time knocking him into an old player piano. The film ends as Popeye turns Bluto into a gigantic grind organ, grinding him through the old piano, producing music.
