Cartoon Synopsis:
A dog guy drives a roadster through a minimalist landscape. He stops, and calls out for Bedelia. She is sleeping, at home, in bed. We see her lying there, feet first, so the perspective makes her feet look huge. She dresses in such a rush that she sticks her wig in her mouth, and her false teeth on her head. She goes to the window, and angrily beans her guy with a pot. Enter the bouncing ball. The dog boy friend croons, and dances over the song lyrics. He rises to her balcony, and she pours a bucket of water down his throat. He rows off in a row boat, on dry ground.
