Cartoon Synopsis:
Elementary school aged Bimbo is late to school, where he presents a note signed "my father" to his leonine bespectacled teacher. Once class gets going, Bimbo slips out to the hall, where he meets a young Betty Boop, looking just as we know her, but with little cat ears, and of course, a flat chest. He tries many tricks to impress her, but fails. Eventually, he returns to class, now engaged in singing. The cartoon dissolves into a surrealistic cascade of ABCs, and numbers.
