Cartoon Synopsis:
Bimbo's mom has a spat with her husband and has an affair with the ice man (their ice box is electric). Bimbo is tasked with babysitting his evil little brother while his mom goes shopping. Betty Boop lures him to her apartment. Bimbo's evil little brother misbehaves while they are out. They get back just in the nick of time before Bimbo's mom returns.
