Cartoon Synopsis:
Sign painters Bimbo and Koko spend almost half the film horsing around on a scaffold, around and atop a tall building, before getting to business. Bimbo dips- ah, well, an interested appendage- into the paint, then (with blissful expression) uses it to paint "Betty Boop's Dancing School" on her window. Betty flexes those gams and shows all her weird animal customers how to cut a rug. Wackiness begins as Betty tries to teach the crazy group to dance. All of the dancing shakes the building's foundation, and the building collapses.
