Cartoon Synopsis:
Casper the Friendly Ghost has been found guilty of being too friendly by the other ghosts and is sentenced to walk the plank off a pirate ship. At the bottom of the ocean, the fish free him. He swims to a desert island and tries to make friends with the animals. Casper makes friends with Jocko the monkey. Good music score in this cartoon.
