Cartoon Synopsis:
The county fair is on, and farm animals are being judged for prizes. Casper wants to enter an animal in the contest. All the animals run when they see him except for Squeally, a pig who is wallowing in mud. Casper tries to clean up Squeally. It escapes and gets back in the mud. Finally, Casper gets Squeally clean and to the fair. His tail is too short to win. Casper straightens the pig's tail out so that it will be long enough to win first place. Now Casper and Squeally wallow in the mud with joy.
