Cartoon Synopsis:
Lulu constantly gets in the way of a professional news photographer. The shutterbug is trying to get a scoop. Everywhere he goes, Lulu is posing for the camera: at a fire; at a beauty contest, where she turns a mouse loose and dons the Miss America banner; finally, at a peace convention, where she hands out suckers to all the diplomats and gets right in the middle of them.
