Cartoon Synopsis:
The spooks are having a convention in a supposedly closed opera house, each performing his own specialty act. Casper the Friendly Ghost bombs out and is ejected. He runs onto some beavers building a dam and is rejected... until a mean old wolf comes along. Casper helps Shorttail the beaver build the dam.
