Cartoon Synopsis:

Dr. Scratchansniff lies on a psychiatrist's couch and tells about how he was on of the most successful psychoanalysts in Hollywood. He started to work at Warner Brothers 50 years ago, and was the psychoanalyst to some of the biggest stars in Hollywood since then. Then the Warner brothers managed to escape and wreaked havoc throughout the studio. The CEO wanted Dr. Scratchansniff to get the Warners under control (to de-zanitize them). He tries to get the to stop telling jokes, first by trying to get them to talk to his puppet, then by interviewing them individually. He gives Dot the ink blot test, he asks Wakko what is on his mind, and he tries word association with Yakko. However, the Warner siblings drive him crazy and he pulls out all of his own hair. Yakko diagnoses Dr. Scratchansniff as having acute Warner-itis.
