Cartoon Synopsis:
In Hollywood, in the year 1930, at the Warner Brothers studio's new animation department, the artists work at coming up with new cartoon stars, eventually creating Yakko, Wakko, and Dot. However, the Warner's were totally out of control and their films made absolutely no sense, so they and their films were locked away, never to be released.
