Cartoon Synopsis:
During a heat wave, Blossom discovers that she has a new power: ice breath. After a few heat-relieving tricks, Blossom swears off the cold stuff. Of course, only then is it revealed that the source of the heat is a great ball of fire, headed straight for Townsville. Blossom is conflicted about whether to keep her promise not to use her new power or to bag it and save Townsville. In the end, icy logic prevails.
